At 24 years of age, I built a very successful auto repair shop from the ground up whose profitability is in the top 5% of automotive repair shops nation wide. I have over 25 years of automotive management experience and Ken's Quality Automotive Repair Inc. is the premier independent Lexus and Toyota repair shop in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. I'm an ASE Certified Master automotive technician and I employ another ASE Certified Master who is also a Certified Toyota Master Technician. In addition, I have another ASE Certified technician as well as a service writer who work for me. While looking for ways to increase productivity for Ken's Quality Automotive Repair Inc., I worked with John Dedels to create innovative software that would increase productivity and profits. Once I had the software, I created the data base solution for ProfitXcelerator. I am an Automotive Service Association Accredited Instructor. I have been developing and delivering Automotive Management Systems to the repair industry for 18 years. I've worked with many clients including: Napa, Carquest, Midas, Texaco, United Auto Parts and many others. I've helped literally thousands of automotive repair shops streamline their operations and increase their profits. I've also spent a good deal of time in the retail and restaurant supply industries.
